As Viking Temizlik A.Ş. ("Viking", "we" or "us"), we know that you care how is your information is used and shared. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains what information of yours will be collected by Viking when you access vikingtemizlik.com.tr ("Site") platform, how the information will be used, and how you can control the collection, correction and/or deletion of this information. As a visitor to the Site, you can engage in many activities without providing any personal information. However, when you register to use Site or services as a Viking subscriber, we may collect the following personally identifiable information from you, - Contact information such as your full name, phone number, address and e-mail address and - Demographic information such as your job title, job description, company name and company type. - Geographic location, Device details, IP address

We do NOT hold any payment card information or bank account details of you.

Viking keeps its customers and business partners update regularly by means of a newsletter on promotions and events, relating to products, services, and offers. Our newsletter may only be received by you if you (1) have a valid e-mail address, (2) register for the newsletter shipping or (3) stay subscribed our list.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address registered by you for the first time for newsletter shipping, for legal reasons, in the double opt-in procedure.

During the registration for the newsletter, we also store the IP address of the computer system assigned by the internet service provider and used the data subject at the time of the registration, as well as the date and time of the registration. Viking will take reasonable technical and organizational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information. We will store all the personal information you provide on our secure servers. In the unlikely event of a breach of our security and in line with our obligations under GDPR, we must notify all users who are affected or at risk of being affected by the breach within 72 (seventy-two) hours of the time when we were first alerted to the breach.
